First Tag
I was tagged courtesy of Prax. I am usually not a tag person but this one caught my interest. So I am gonna try it out.
Rules:
You have to come up with 8 different points about your perfect guy/girl.
Tag 8 victims to join this game and leave a comment on their blog.
If you are tagged the second time, there is NO need to do this again.
HAVE FUN DOING IT.
1. He must be respectful.
He must respect me for who and what I am and what I do. As I'll respect him just as well, I will expect no less from him. He must respect my wishes and my secrets. He may not agree with them but being respectful is all I need.
2. He has to be honest.
What every relationship needs in order to work is honesty. Even if he's not willing to share some of his secrets, at least a mild forewarning would be nice. I'll have my little dark secrets as well so I'll just be as honest if it's important to the relationship.
3. He must have a backbone/spine.
For one thing, I like a guy who can stand up to me if it calls for it. I don't need a wimpy guy who bows to my every remarks and comments because it's boring and I don't need that! Even if it means going into a full-blown argument, in the end, if it's meant to be it, it'll work out. So stand up for yourself!
4. He must not be afraid to show affection.
I am a person constantly longing for affection no matter how small it may seem. A simple praise or hug or brush of the hand will do. He must not be afraid to display it especially in public.
5. He has to be sensitive
He must be able to protect me. Physically, mentally and emotionally. All the works. I know he can't always be there for me nor will he be a mind reader. At least have a clue of what is going on with me. Ask around if he has to. The effort shows that he cares.
6. Million dollars buried in Mexico AKA Humble.
Even if he has a million dollar empire somewhere in the world and is the heir to it, don't boast about it. I like a down-to-earth guy who is simple and humble. However at the same time, don't be so cheap to the point I am paying for everything. I am a girl. I like to be pampered and splurged on. Also, if he's somewhat book smart or street smart, don't show off. Nobody likes a show-off.
7. He must get along with my friends.
My friends are dear to me, especially those I have known for ages or value their opinion. Fact being is that they have known me longer than he has and thus sometimes are my voice of reason in my love sick mind. Pass the test of Yasmin Ahmad Kamil and he's definitely a keeper.
8. Last of all, he must be into tennis.
I am a tennis maniac so I would like to someone who at least can hold a decent conversation with me about tennis or know at least who is Roger Federer. That is the least I am asking for. It would be a definite plus if he knew how to play tennis. Think of it as a money saving date where we play tennis instead of going for a movie or dinner. Hehe.
So if the ideal guy who so happens to stumble across this entry and fulfills majority of these points, then give me a call. lol.
